How I Help
Adolescence can be a time of significant growth, change, and challenge. Many teens struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, identity exploration, school-related stress, or difficulties in relationships. Others simply feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of themselves.
I offer individualized therapy for pre-teens and teens in a warm, collaborative environment where they can feel understood, build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop greater confidence and resilience.
My Approach
My work integrates mindfulness-based, somatic, relational, and evidence-based approaches tailored to each teen's unique needs and goals.
Rather than relying solely on symptoms or diagnoses, I begin with a comprehensive, holistic assessment process that explores the broader context of a teen's life. Together, we seek to understand their emotional experiences, relationships, strengths, challenges, nervous system patterns, learning profile, and sense of self.
This holistic perspective can provide valuable insight into concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence and emotional struggles.
