LGBTQ+ & Identity-Affirming Therapy

Exploring identity during adolescence and young adulthood can bring both growth and challenges. LGBTQ+ teens and young adults may experience anxiety, depression, social pressure, isolation, family conflict, identity-related stress, or difficulty feeling fully understood and supported in their environments.

For many teens, simply having a space where they feel emotionally safe, affirmed, and accepted can be deeply meaningful and healing.

My Approach

I offer LGBTQ+ and identity-affirming therapy for teens in a space grounded in compassion, respect, and emotional safety. My approach supports clients in exploring their experiences, identities, relationships, emotions, and sense of self without judgment or pressure.

Using a somatic, relational, and trauma-informed approach, therapy can help teens better understand their emotions, navigate stress and life transitions, strengthen self-trust, and feel more connected to themselves and others.

I believe therapy should honor each person’s unique identity, lived experience, and inner wisdom while creating space for healing, growth, authenticity, and self-acceptance.
